Do you offer refunds and returns? Due to the nature of ceramics, we do not offer returns or refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order or delivery, please do not hesitate to reach out to us directly so that we may resolve the concern. 

Can I cancel my order? Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Please send us an email with your order information and we will get that taken care of. 

Handling and Care of Ceramics

Are your pieces dishwasher and microwave safe? Yes! However to extend the life of your ceramics, we recommend handwashing and air drying each piece with warm water and mild dish soap.
